A Chartered Architect, Victoria has worked for many years in the field of self-build and is particularly experienced with timber construction methods.
Her experience covers both new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors including healthcare and residential, and working with English Heritage on several castle and ecclesiastical projects.
She has a passion for 3D modelling and visuals, and enjoys developing exciting concepts with clients.
HENRY ISOTTA-DAY: BEng (Hons) , BA (Hons)
Senior Design and Planning Consultant
Henry leads the Clayland Homes design team and takes pride in creating beautiful homes and generous sites which will stand the test of time. His roles include overseeing land and planning strategies, site promotion and design.
With nearly 20 years experience in practice running projects through planning, building regulations and sustainable design, he has gained an in depth understanding of local planning policy, environmental design and sustainable construction.
Having studied both Architecture and Engineering degrees, Henry is able to combine an analytical approach with design flair.
Henry has gained a reputation for innovative and compassionate barn conversions as well as contemporary designs recently winning the Norfolk Architects Association best new house DCA award.
ABBY GRETTON: BA (Hons) Interior Design
Design & Policy Technician
With a degree in Interior Design and having worked for a number of years in the architecture, design and construction industry, Abby joined us in 2017. As well as bringing design flair and practical knowledge of working practices, Abby also enjoys specialising in planning policy on a local and national level.
Abby assists the architectural team in the day to day running of projects and the submission of planning applications. She also spends time working for our sister company Clayland Homes, seeking to expand the company’s portfolio in terms of Planning Policy, Land Acquisition and Marketing.
Abby has a keen professional interest in space planning and finishes.
ADAM SCOTT: BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology
With a degree in Architectural Technology, Adam joined Clayland Architects team in 2020, and has worked on residential, commercial and conservation projects. He is enthusiastic about building conservation, sustainability and environmental preservation utilising modern, innovative, and efficient building techniques.
Working closely with Henry to deliver projects from conception to completion, Adam’s day to day work primarily consists of composing documents to support planning and building regulation applications.
